1989 .12 to 2001.02: worked as rofessional secretary in \”chai he zhong gong\”(a big military industial firm,which has 10000 wokers.then transfer to headquater, should the responsiblity for coping with communist youth member.
2001.02 to 2003.12.: worked as a chief in investment management center and human rescource in luo yang chun du foods limited corporation.
2003.12-now work in henan nongken group as chief in human rescourse, vice-manager, president in the labour party, general secretary in the group.

during the period when i work there, i successfully finished assets reassignment and firm blueprintwoking, and independetly finishes the management system, staff rules, staff eveluation system, trainning rule etc,and regulated teaching documents by myself, which cultivate largely the wokers\’prodution activities and management level,and played an active role in carrer development.
